- To develop national sales and marketing strategy, direction and tactics for continuous business and market share growth;
- To ensure persistant achievement of sales and marketing objectives through effective leadership of sales team and maintaining the coordination with integral organisation functions;
- To build and sustain long-lasting and prosperious relationship with customers and partners, to deal and negotiate with high-level customers for fortifying the company brand, market share and customer satisfaction;
- To lead, coach and drive sales team to deliver expected sales results and promises to the customers; To participate proactively in the company management team activities; To colloborate and communicate within and outside company to ensure strategies are alined and corporate goals are delivered.
We expect a successful candidate should have:
- Proven successful experience in developing of sales growth and adding significant value to the business and customers;
- Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial talent; Exceptional negotiation, colloboration and communication skills;
- Ability to lead, coach and drive people in order to overcome challenges and deliver given promises;
- Excellent decision making, planning, prioritising, delegation and monitoring abilities;
- University degree in business or technical / engineering field;
- IT literate and comprehensive understanding of the latest technologies;
- Fluency in English (Russian – as an advantage).
